Biography

Marsha Raulston is the principal of Raulston Partners, and a member of the Society of Human Resources Professionals.  Her organization offers human resource and organizational development consulting to a variety of businesses and executives across the country. Her extensive background, education, and training allow her to offer her clients a wide variety of tailored services to fit their short term needs and their long term strategic plans.

Prior to establishing her own business Ms. Raulston was employed as a Vice President by several high tech firms. During her five year tenure with Global Village Communications/OneWorld Systems, based in Sunnyvale, California, she was the Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Satisfaction. Her three year employment with Intuit, Inc., (the makers of QuickBooks and TurboTax) based out of Mountain View, California, as the Vice President of Customer Satisfaction allowed her to contribute her previous big business experience to the successful but rapidly growing startup. The first part of Ms. Raulston’s business career began with American Airlines and spanned fourteen years’ in management, which included her tenure as the Corporate Leader of Quality of Work Life, the Managing Director of the AAdvantage Program and Admirals Clubs and an Operational Manager at O’Hare Airport.

In addition to this wealth of experience Ms. Raulston holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology from Stephens College and the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO and a Master’s degree in Sociology from Nottingham University, Nottingham, UK where she was the recipient of a Graduate Fellowship for international studies. She has also studied in Japan as part of in international cultural exchange program.
